Meeting Breakfast- Flatsworthy
Flatsworthy will help us kick off this meeting right! They have sponsored the breakfast snacks provided at the beginning of this year’s meeting. Please feel free to enjoy coffee, pastries, and fruit prior to the meeting’s start each morning!

Meeting Breaks – University of Texas Marine Science Institute
The University of Texas Marine Science Institute will provide the refreshments during breaks at this year’s meeting. Please feel free to enjoy coffee, cookies, and any other refreshments during your breaks!

Meeting Lunches- Texas Sea Grant
The Texas Sea Grant Program has generously covered lunches at this year’s meeting. Free lunches will be provided to all presenters and attendees on both days, September 21st and 22nd. Food will be served around noon in the Lyceum of the UT Marine Science Institute.

Heavy Hors d’oeuvres- Harte Research Institute
The Harte Research Institute has generously provided hors d’oeuvres at this year’s meeting. Free appetizers will be provided to all presenters and attendees on the evening of September 21st. Food will be served during the poster session in the Lyceum of the UT Marine Science Institute.

Student Presentation Awards – Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program
Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program has sponsored the awards for student presentations. These three awards are presented to the students who give the best oral presentations during TBEM 2022.
($200 for 1st Place, $150 for 2nd Place and $100 for 3rd Place)

Student Poster Awards – Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program
Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program has sponsored this year’s awards for student posters. These awards are presented to the students who submit the best poster during TBEM 2022.
($150 for 1st Place, $100 for 2nd Place and $50 for 3rd Place)

Student Registration Fee – University of Texas Marine Science Institute
The UT Marine Science Institute has made it possible for the 2022 TBEM to attract accomplished student presenters and attendees to this year’s meeting by sponsoring a reduced registration rate for students.
